About us
As a service provider in the Mechanical engineering sector AM-Tech serves well-known industrial companies and has its own production facility in Pressath manufacturing for machine components. Depending on the customer's needs, the following services can be implemented there: Mechanical production/assembly, surface treatment, machine overhauls, technical cleaning and electrical production.
As a service provider for production machines, our partner CorrServe looks after customers on site at the Berka-Werra location. CorrServe provides all activities in the areas of Maintenance and inspection service, repair and replacement service up to maintenance coachings. The central location in the middle of Germany offers the advantage of lower travel costs and faster response times. Since 2017, we have also been supplying private and commercial customers in Berka with professional and specialist Electrical installations.
History
A young company grows
CorrTech
CorrTech Industrietechnik GmbH was founded by Jürgen Götz in Pressath in 2009. The company's focus then, as now, is on the construction as well as the maintenance, servicing and technical improvement of production machinery. In 2017, the company's activities were expanded to another location: Berka-Werra in Thuringia. The core tasks of the CorrServe subsidiary located there primarily include services such as maintenance, inspection or repair services. In 2018, CorrTech's factory facilities were expanded to include a hall extension.
In January 2022, CorrTech Industrietechnik GmbH became part of the Meierhöfer group of companies. After the change of name, it now operates as AM-Tech GmbH in the familiar red and blue appearance of the Meierhöfer Group. Through AM-Tech GmbH, the Meierhöfer Group was able to add the services of assembly, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to its portfolio.
Meierhöfer Group
Founded in 1999 as a sideline business in its own garage, the medium-sized family business AM Maschinenbau has grown steadily. The one-man business developed into the Meierhöfer group of companies, which now employs 120 people. Thanks to its own portfolio of specialised companies, all services of the Meierhöfer Group can be offered directly and from a single source. The motto "There's no such thing as can't be done" is an integral part of the company's philosophy.
